Requirement of test included:-
- Test/load:
- Category 1-4; Height of fall 150mm to 450mm; air pressure 2.0 to 3.0 bar. Required no displacement of shifts or wings, no loosening of coatings or retainer devices for filling elements and no displacement or removal of individual elements. 1 impact load each to the centre of the window (closing area).
- Result:
- Specimen 1: - deformation of the closing pieces and the scissors which increases together with the test load, functional defect of the coating system after impact load in category 4 - clicking out of place of the scissors, displacement of the wing in the mark frame.
- Specimen 2: - slight deformation of the closing pieces and the scissors, no damages/destructions
